This brooch in the form of a medieval disc fibula was handcrafted from 925/- sterling silver with pearl wire surrounding it. The elaborate filigree in the center of the fibula with the tiny balls attached was also made by hand. Circumferentially with hand-polished Japanese enamel in a deep almandine red and with the typical craquelure. The enamel is slightly transparent and hand-polished and therefore looks almost like set precious stones.
Of course, the fibula has our studio stamp and a silver content stamp on the back.
