Our studio stamp “St.” and "UF"

Atelier stamp of the company Schmuck-Werk

When making replicas historical goldsmith objects on the basis of original craftsmanship and extensive patination methods, we regularly come very close to the effect and charisma of the historical originals. That is why the consistent use of our studio stamps is particularly important to us.

In order to clearly rule out any possible later confusion of our modern replicas with the antique models, all our goldsmith replicas both with a silver or gold content stamp, as well as with a personal studio stamp (or a so-called "maker's mark") of the employee involved or the employee of the company Schmuck-Werk provided.

The studio stamp or the master’s mark “St.” (above left in the picture) stands for a primary production of the object Stefani Koester.

The studio stamp or the master's mark "UF" (top right in the picture) stands for Uwe Faust.

If both were involved in a goldsmith's work, then the stamping is done as shown in the picture at the top.

We hope that with the help of our studio stamp, our customers can be sure that the goldsmith replicas we offer are all goods from a reputable and traceable source.
