Since 27.9.2018 September XNUMX, the LVR Landesmuseum Bonn has been showing the exhibition “Knights and Castles – Travel back in time to the Middle Ages".
In the exhibition, visitors can playfully discover the stories of seven people from the Middle Ages: the knight and the lady of the castle, but also the merchant, the minstrel, the craftsman, the monk and the farmer.
We are particularly pleased to be able to support the exhibition by lending our gemstone book cover. This loan and the simultaneous presentation of the gold disc brooches we made in the parallel exhibition "Europe in Motion" as well as various other objects in the permanent exhibition of the LVR LandesMuseum Bonn represent the current high point of our collaboration with this museum.
The exhibition "Knights and Castles" attracted numerous visitors on the first day of the exhibition. It is and will remain an unforgettable experience for us to see museum visitors stopping in front of the display case with our book and taking a close look at the gemstone book cover. This motivates us again and again to enrich museums and exhibition projects with our objects.
